Inside Plume
One digest sorts unread mail into what needs a reply, what matters and what can wait, with a line for each message. Connect the AI provider of your choice with an API key or your existing subscription.

Move with J and K, archive with E, reply with R and jump between mailboxes with G. The command palette finds any action, mailbox or account, and every shortcut can be rebound.

Plume lists the newsletters and notification senders in your inbox with how much each one sends. Unsubscribe in one click where the sender allows it, or archive everything they sent.

Day, week and month views, with your Google calendars synced both ways. Invitations go out from your own account, and guests’ answers appear on the event.

A 32 MB installer on Windows and about 300 MB of memory with your inbox open. The Rust mail core uses the system web view rather than a bundled browser.
Mail HTML is sanitized and shown without scripts. Remote images stay blocked until you allow them, and passwords live in the system keychain.
Recent mail is kept in a local database with full-text search and filters such as from, unread, starred or attachments.
Gmail, iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo or any IMAP and SMTP server, side by side in one window.
Describe the look you want, and the AI adjusts colors, type, density and layout. Light and dark themes are built in.
New versions are signed and install from inside Plume, which then restarts on its own.
Plume is in early access on macOS and Windows. Leave your email and you will receive an invitation as soon as a spot opens.
